2001年，经中华人民共和国海关总署同意，报国务院批准，由昆明高新技术产业开发区管委会投资建成了中国西南地区唯一的公共型监管区。2003年，在大力扶持云南省外向经济，在承接我国“加工贸易向中西部地区梯度转移”为战略目标的背景及昆明海关大力支持下，由高新区管委会授权成立“云南信亿进出口贸易有限公司”，全面负责经营和管理昆明高新保税库。由于业务拓展需要，于2006年建成了监管仓库，至此云南信亿进出口贸易公司，成为西南地区首家拥有公共保税仓库、出口监管仓库的“两仓平台”的经营管理公司。 The company’s business scope includes international logistics, bonded logistics, customs clearance, comprehensive management of Kunming high-techbonded supervision area and its main productsare wine, tobacco machinery, medical equipment, mechanical and electrical products and all kinds of agricultural and sideline products.
