云南龙生茶业股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”） 于1996年5月组建，法人、董事长兼总经理朱启忠。公司下设1个子公司、1个分公司、1个省级企业技术中心、27个茶叶初制加工车间，自有茶山8.5万亩，茶园种植面积3.22万亩，是目前国内经营茶园面积最大的茶叶企业之一。公司拥有各类专业技术管理人才近200人，农业产业化从业人员10699人。公司注册资本1.28亿元，目前拥有资产总额2.54亿元。，是国家扶贫龙头企业、云南省农业产业化经营省级重点龙头企业，是云南省最大的茶叶企业之一。 公司秉承“依托科技创新、为消费者奉献佳茗”的理念，用自有基地优质的原料开发了绿茶系列、红茶系列、普洱茶传统产品系列、袋泡茶系列、速溶茶系列近300个茶品，满足了不同消费者的需求。 公司已通过了ISO9001国际质量体系认证、食品生产许可证QS认证、绿色食品认证、有机茶认证，取得出口茶叶种植基地检验检疫备案、出口食品生产企业备案、对外贸易经营者备案等一整套进出口经营所需证书。“2012年12月31日，公司的“龙生LongSheng及图” 商标被国家工商行政管理总局商标局认定为中国驰名商标，“龙生普洱茶”、 “龙生绿茶”都被评为了“云南省名牌产品”，2003年10月，“龙生”商标被认定为“云南省著名商标”，2012年12月续展成功。 Yunnan Longsheng Tea Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) was founded in May 1996 and Zhu Qizhong is the legal person, chairman and general manager. The Company has 1 subsidiary, 1 provincial enterprise technology center, and 27 tea primary processing workshops. Its own tea mountain is 85000 Mu (5667 hectares). The tea planting area is 32200 Mu (2174.74 hectares). It is one of the largest tea companies in tea garden area size in China at present. The Company has nearly 200 personnel with all kinds of professional technical management skills, and 10699 agricultural workers. The Company has a registered capital of 128 million RMB, and total assets of 254 million RMB at present. It is a key enterprise in the national poverty alleviation program, a provincial leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization of Yunnan province and one of the largest tea companies in Yunnan province. Its “Longsheng Pu’er Tea” and “Longsheng Green Tea” have all been identified as “Yunnan Famous Brand Products”. In October, 2003, “Longsheng” trademark was identified as “Yunnan Province Famous Trademark” and successfully prolonged in December, 2012.
